Curriculum Overview
Issarapon School, accredited by the Lao Ministry of Education and Sports and registered as a member of the Global Schools, follows the Lao National Curriculum and incorporates the frameworks and approaches from the Global Standard Curriculums, such as the Japanese National Curriculum, and Cambridge International Curriculum using their textbooks because they are in fact highly appreciated worldwide by educators and families.
Our school implements an English immersion curriculum approximately 60% of students’ instructional day/week is conducted in English.
Immersion Education
Immersion is an approach to second language instruction in which the usual curricular activities are conducted in the second language. This means that the new language is the medium of instruction as well as the object of instruction.
